As a result, we may experience guilt, rejection, despair, or more complex emotions about ourselves, even amidst praises from those around us. These emotions can become internalized, and our (altered) ego cleverly transforms them into beliefs. Consequently, we cling to a state of being that is triggered by emotions at some future point.

If we are fortunate enough to create supportive and loving beliefs, they propel us into realms of well-being, abundance, love, and harmony. Conversely, if the beliefs are centered around thoughts like “I can’t” or “I shouldn’t” or “that won’t happen for me,” then a significant shift in mindset is warranted.
