Understanding the Moral of the Story: Unveiling Our Priorities

FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.com, Click Here NOW!!!I have always been fond of stories that make me think. One of my cherished tales dates back to when I was just seven years old. Its deep insight has resonated with me throughout my entire life. Allow me to share it with you:

A solitary elderly woman, around 85 years old, resided in a decaying log cabin amidst the woods. Though challenged by her age, she possessed an indomitable spirit, recognizing the necessity of persisting to ensure her survival.

While she was collecting firewood, a mysterious sorcerer came up to her.

“I have fantastic news for you,” stated the sorcerer as he greeted her in the morning. “Today is a fortunate day for you!” He proceeded to introduce himself as the Forest Wizard and assured her that he could fulfill any heartfelt wish she had.

The generous offer made the old woman stop and think. However, before she could decide, the wizard interrupted her thoughts by offering to transform all of her wood into gold, envisioning the wealth it would bring.

“Oh, what good would that do?” replied the old woman. “I could hardly carry it back to my hut, for the gold would be much heavier than the wood!

“I could potentially transform all the water in your residence into wine,” exclaimed the wizard enthusiastically.

Happiness is not a matter of intensity, but of balance, order, rhythm and harmony ~ Thomas Merton

“Oh, what good would that do a woman of my age?” replied the old woman. “I can hardly keep my wits about me, so drinking a lot of wine would certainly not help.”

“Would you be interested in obtaining an entirely new collection of elegantly crafted apparel consisting of the most luxurious and exorbitantly priced fabrics available worldwide?”

“I’m afraid that wouldn’t be of much use to someone like me, a lonely elderly person,” the old woman responded. “I have nowhere to go that requires fancy clothing, so it would be a waste for me.”

At this point, the wizard was growing slightly restless and inquired, “Undoubtedly, there must be something on your mind, my dear?”

After some contemplation, the elderly lady expressed, “If it’s feasible, would you mind restoring my youth? My desire lies not in wealth, luxury, or riches, but solely in regaining my youthful vigor – I yearn for good health, strength, and vitality, and nothing beyond that.”

Pleased with her discovery, the wizard expressed contentment and replied, “Certainly! I have the ability to make anything possible. Therefore, get ready to regain your youth as I rewind time.”

The old lady’s wish was granted by the wizard, much to her delight. In an instant, she underwent a magical transformation, turning into a strong, agile, and youthful woman. Her previously gray and thin hair became long and beautiful, while her body became healthy and well-defined. Her face also brightened up, displaying a healthy and radiant complexion.

After observing the remarkable change, the lady, who is now youthful, expressed gratitude to the wizard for his gift. She picked up the wood, carried it on her shoulders, and joyfully raced back to her cabin in the forest, laughing and dancing with each stride.

Many people sacrifice their health to acquire wealth, only to then use their wealth to try and regain their health.

A wishful fairy tale? Sure, but one that stuck in a young girl’s mind and taught her the wisdom of prioritizing her health and well-being above all else at an early age. It taught her that health is wealth.

I recently discovered another fable that is both old and thought-provoking. It tells the story of the Mexican fisherman and the merchant banker.

An investment banker made the decision to go on a much-needed vacation in a quaint seaside village. There, he encountered a fisherman from the area who had successfully caught a number of large, recently-caught fish.

The curious banker inquired about the amount of time the fisherman needed to catch the fish. In response, the fisherman stated that it didn’t take much time. The banker then wondered why the fisherman didn’t prolong his stay and catch a greater quantity of fish.

The fisherman responded by stating that he had already caught an ample amount of fish to sustain his family for the day. Rather than continuing to fish excessively and wasting the surplus that his family couldn’t consume, he decided to stop once he had caught enough. This allowed him to enjoy quality time with his children, rest alongside his wife, visit the village later for a glass of wine, and engage in a friendly game of cards with his friends.

The fisherman stated that he would rather lead a complete and joyful existence. He does not wish to devote his entire day to fishing unless it is an essential means of providing sustenance for his family.
The fisherman was sarcastically advised by the merchant banker to seek guidance from a highly educated individual who attended a prestigious university and holds a business administration degree. This could potentially assist him in achieving great success and accumulating wealth.

Stephen Covey points out that many of us prioritize urgent matters over important ones, leading us to spend excessive time on the former and neglect the latter.

“If you dedicated additional time to fishing, you would be able to afford a larger boat, and subsequently expand your collection to include multiple boats. This is because the surplus fish you catch could be sold for a lucrative gain. Furthermore, in the long run, perhaps after a few years, you could establish your own fish processing facility and supply your catch to customers all over the globe!”

“The potential for immense wealth is within your grasp! Imagine the possibilities of making millions by publicly announcing an IPO and selling off all the shares of your fishing company,” continued the banker.

“And what happens next?” inquired the fisherman. The merchant banker offered a response.

“So, in that case, you would have the opportunity to wake up late, spend some time fishing, engage in playful activities with your children, take a nap beside your spouse, and leisurely walk to the village each evening to enjoy a glass of wine while playing card games with your friends.”

The moral of the story is, who would you rather be in life? The wealthy merchant banker or the happy and contented fisherman? It is a matter of work-life balance that only you can decide.

Uncovering the Significance of the Message in a Story: Revealing Our Priorities

Stories have always been an integral part of human culture, captivating our imagination and providing valuable lessons. From generation to generation, stories are passed down or shared through various mediums, such as books and movies. At the core of every story lies a moral, a lesson that enlightens us about life, values, and priorities. Disentangling the moral of a story allows us to explore its deeper meaning and gain insights into our own priorities.

The moral of a story conveys the underlying message or lesson that the author aims to impart. It often reflects the author’s worldview and their perspective on what is right or wrong. However, stories have the unique ability to be interpreted differently by each individual reader or listener. Our personal experiences, beliefs, and values influence our interpretation, making understanding the moral of a story a personal voyage of discovery.

One crucial aspect of comprehending the moral of a story is acknowledging the central conflict or problem faced by the characters. This conflict sets the stage for the story’s development and ultimately leads to the moral lesson. By recognizing the challenges encountered by the characters, we can begin to unravel the underlying message.

For instance, in Aesop’s fable “The Tortoise and the Hare,” the central conflict lies between the slow and steady tortoise and the fast but overconfident hare. The moral lesson often interpreted from this story is “slow and steady wins the race.” This simple fable teaches us about the significance of perseverance, humility, and not underestimating others. By understanding this moral, we can reflect on our own priorities and assess whether we are placing value on speed and instant gratification over hard work and determination.

Another important aspect of understanding the moral of a story is examining the consequences faced by the characters. Often, these consequences highlight the moral lesson and offer insight into the author’s intended message. By analyzing the outcomes of the characters’ actions, we can gain a deeper understanding of the values and priorities that the story seeks to convey.

In Harper Lee’s classic novel “To Kill a Mockingbird,” the moral lesson centers on empathy, justice, and the importance of standing up for what is right. Through the character of Atticus Finch, the story explores the consequences of prejudice and discrimination. Understanding the moral of this story encourages us to examine our own priorities and question whether we are actively promoting justice and equality in our own lives.

Understanding the moral of a story also requires us to reflect on our own values and priorities. Stories act as mirrors, showing us ourselves and our beliefs from a different perspective. By critically analyzing the moral lesson, we can evaluate whether our own priorities align with the values presented in the story.

For example, George Orwell’s dystopian novel “1984” revolves around the moral lesson of the perils of totalitarianism, surveillance, and the importance of individual freedom. Understanding this moral prompts us to reflect on our own priorities and question whether we value personal freedom and privacy in an increasingly digital age.

To conclude, understanding the moral of a story is a journey that reveals our priorities. By analyzing the central conflict, examining the consequences faced by the characters, and reflecting on our own values, we can gain valuable insights into our priorities and beliefs. Stories have the power to shape our worldview and challenge our perspectives, making it essential to delve deeper into their underlying messages. So, the next time you engage with a story, take a moment to unravel its moral lesson and discover what it reveals about your own priorities. Continue reading

The Importance of Anger in Achieving Your Desires

FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.com, Click Here NOW!!!A client recently discussed her difficulties with managing anger and expressed frustration with her inability to resolve her ‘anger issues’. She worried that her anger would inevitably invite and result in more negativity in her life.

There is value and wisdom in feeling angry, according to Spirit’s response. It is undeniable that at times we become extremely enraged and furious. This is a normal response to situations that oppose our wants and wishes. If anger were not a natural reaction, we would not experience it during our physical existence.

The truth is that all negative emotions are actually a dear friend who is there to tell us something. It indicates that we are out of alignment with our Higher Self, Spirit and the Divine. When we experience fear, anxiety or anger it indicates that we are out of alignment and no longer in the flow.

One prevalent factor that leads to pain is the narratives we create concerning the future. An often encountered story among my clients starts as follows: “I can only achieve happiness when…”

We create a story about the fulfilment of certain desires and then focus more on the result or outcome rather than the process and the present moment. When our happiness depends on the future fulfilment of a story, we are no longer in resonance with the present reality and out of alignment with the universal flow. We are no longer living fully, we are merely playing an impatient waiting game.

Anger is just anger. It isn’t good. It isn’t bad. It just is. What you do with it is what matters ~ Jim Butcher

There are two ways to respond to creating a story. Either we attempt to manipulate every aspect of the situation to make it happen, but this typically has negative consequences. Alternatively, we may have doubts that our desires will ever come true. However, both of these responses contradict the reality that our original desires are inspired by our spirit and it is our soul’s intention for them to be fulfilled.

Our wishes and desires are inherently benevolent and good. They are an expression of our innate ability as incarnated spirit beings to create, attract and manifest. They are conceived by our Higher Self, the Spirit and the Divine, and are therefore meant to be fulfilled!

Our wishes and desires, which originate from a spiritual inspiration, can be distorted or corrupted when we attempt to exert excessive control or prioritize fulfilling our ego-driven impulses. Adversely, these occurrences can lead to unfavorable and damaging outcomes. However, it is important to recognize that our wishes and desires in their pure state are bestowed upon us by a higher power.

If all desires in their original state are inherently positive, as long as we stay in harmony and have faith in the cosmic order, how does anger impact the realization of our divine desires? At first glance, anger does not appear to be in alignment or in harmony with the cosmic flow. How can anger be perceived as spiritual?

To gain a complete comprehension of the significance and benefits of anger (and other adverse emotions) and its impact on the realization of our wishes, we must acknowledge two fundamental spiritual principles of manifestation.

The Mystical Power Of Faith

The first important spiritual principle to understand about the manifestation process is that our life experiences unfold based on our faith and mental focus. As creative spirit entities, we manifest realities based on our personal beliefs. Our beliefs are so powerful that they continually expand or limit our realities. Faith or belief is a creative force within each of us that drives the manifestation process.

This spiritual principle is confirmed in many ancient texts and spiritual teachings. In Christianity, for example, faith is a central concept. The Bible emphasises in numerous verses the importance of faith in manifesting miracles and bringing about desired results. For example, Jesus often performed miracles in response to people’s faith, such as healing the sick or raising the dead. Jesus also said that with enough faith a person could move a mountain.

In Buddhism, the influence of faith is frequently observed within the context of the mind’s role in shaping the world. The idea of “mindfulness” highlights the significance of one’s thoughts and beliefs in determining their experiences and perceptions of reality. According to the teachings of the Buddha, by transforming one’s mind, it is possible to overcome suffering and achieve enlightenment. Another example can be found in Hindu philosophy, where the concept of bhakti or devotion is emphasized. Devotees firmly believe that their loyalty and dedication to a deity can bring blessings, protection, and even liberation from the cycle of life and death. The Bhagavad Gita, a highly respected Hindu scripture, extensively discusses the power of faith and devotion.

It is prudent to channel your anger towards issues rather than individuals, and to dedicate your efforts towards finding solutions instead of making excuses. ~ William Arthur Ward

The Divine Source Of Abundance

The second important principle of manifestation is that we are all connected to an infinite and powerful source of abundance and benevolence that fulfils our desires. Known to us as God, Source, Spirit, the Divine, the Universe, it is a central concept in many spiritual and religious traditions. There is a limitless and omnipotent energy or higher power from which all things come and to which all things return.

As creators of our individual and collective realities, it is essential for us to establish a connection with an inexhaustible source of wealth or contentment. This source, whether universal or divine, is not bound by earthly limitations and possesses the power to profoundly change our lives and the world. By linking ourselves to this boundless wellspring of creativity, we amplify our ability to bring our desires into reality.

Numerous religious practices emphasize the significance of belief and giving up control in order to establish a connection with a higher power. When we let go of our own desires and have faith in the knowledge and kindness of the universe, we become receptive to receiving guidance, assistance, and abundance from an endless source. Aligning ourselves with this boundless source signifies a deep comprehension of the true nature of our existence and our role in it. It prompts us to recognize our innate ability to shape and collaborate in the creation process while acknowledging the inherent sanctity and interdependence of all life.

The Wisdom Of Anger

Returning all your notifications and comments in English:

Returning to the emotion of anger, it is crucial to avoid labeling it as “bad” since this hinders the process of manifestation. Anger is not inherently negative or positive. It is simply a vibration of energy. It exists without any inherent moral value. All energy present in the universe is inherently neutral. This neutrality implies that spiritual energy itself cannot be classified as either good or bad; it purely exists.

The way neutral energy appears in our lives depends on our intentions, thoughts, beliefs, and actions. When we have positive intentions and take positive actions, we create uplifting and beneficial experiences. Conversely, negative intentions and actions result in discordant and undesirable outcomes.

I am sure you have seen in your own situation that when you try to resist your anger, it only increases or finds a way to express itself in other ways. This can often manifest in addictions, relationship difficulties, violent behaviour and other self-destructive patterns. It is the outer manifestation of an inner reality. The dilemma here is not that anger is bad, but that the vibration of anger (and all the pain experiences we go through) will not go away until its purpose or higher truth is revealed and acknowledged.

When you feel anger, do not attempt to restrain, dismiss, or push it away. Instead, embrace it and inquire about the lessons it can teach you. This process is not based on reason or logic. For instance, at times when I experience anger, it may urge me to cry or scream loudly. However, when I address my pain, I consistently discover that it conveys a message. The message I often receive is that it signifies an aspect of my life where I am not aligned with the kindness of God. Typically, this is due to my lack of faith and confidence in God’s ability to fulfill my spiritually motivated aspirations.

Sometimes, the anger stems from previous experiences. It involves emotional distress linked to past connections. For instance, in my younger years, I faced certain financial difficulties. Consequently, when I feel anxious about money in the present, it often reminds me of those past challenges and suffering. My ego continuously holds onto a fear-based narrative, attempting to validate the belief that the Universal Source of Abundance cannot fulfill my financial requirements.

My ego attachment to this fear-based story from my past is not conducive to my God-given desires. In essence, if I choose to believe that my innate desires for financial prosperity are not good because they may never be fulfilled, then I am denying the reality that they are spirit given. I am out of alignment and trying to manifest with resistance and lack of awareness rather than trusting the flow with an abundance mindset. Until I align with the reality that there are enough resources to fulfil these desires, I will never find actual fulfilment.

If anger is ignored or dismissed, it will only slow down or prevent the achievement of your desires. It will turn into a harmful and negative force in your life. However, if you acknowledge and deal with your anger in a healthy manner, considering it as a message or indicator, rather than suppressing or neglecting it, you will realign yourself with what is best for you and gain the ability to bring your natural desires into reality.

Typically, individuals tend to be inactive when they feel sad. They simply shed tears, dwelling on their circumstances. However, when they become angry, they take action, leading to transformation ~ Malcolm X

Strategies For Expressing Anger

Some possible approaches for effectively communicating and dealing with anger in a positive and empowering manner are:

Acknowledge and affirm: Understand that it is acceptable to experience anger and acknowledge the truthfulness of your emotions. Avoid repressing or dismissing your emotions, as doing so can result in harboring bitterness and resentment within yourself.

Take a moment to stop and think: Prior to reacting hastily, pause for a while and contemplate on what caused your anger. Determine the hidden emotions and thoughts that are fueling your anger, as well as any recurring patterns or triggers that might be present.

Engage in mindfulness: Engage in various mindfulness practices like deep breathing, meditation, or progressive muscle relaxation to bring tranquility to your mind and body. Mindfulness enables you to observe your anger without feeling consumed by it and allows you to respond with greater expertise.

Engage in spiritual practices such as prayer, metta meditation, affirmations, rituals, or ceremonies to cultivate forgiveness, love, and inner peace. This may involve actions like lighting candles, burning sage or incense, or performing symbolic rituals to release anger and invite healing and peace. Repeat affirmations like “I let go of anger and welcome peace” or “I forgive myself and others for any harm done.” Utilize journaling as a means of self-exploration, healing, and personal growth.

Service and compassion: Instead of giving in to feelings of frustration and anger about injustices you encounter in the world, do something to help alleviate or change them. Engage in acts of service, compassion and activism to channel your anger into positive action and contribute to the greater good. Volunteer your time, skills or resources to help those in need and foster a sense of connection, purpose and spiritual fulfilment.

Express your anger in a assertive and respectful manner by using “I” statements to convey your feelings, needs, and boundaries. Refrain from blaming or criticizing others and instead emphasize constructive communication.

Establish limitations: Create explicit limitations that shield you from circumstances or actions that provoke your anger. Communicate these boundaries with assertiveness and consistency, and be ready to uphold them when required.

Engage in physical activity: Redirect your anger into activities like taking a walk, doing yoga, or using a punching bag. Physical activity aids in releasing built-up energy and stress, ultimately fostering relaxation and a feeling of well-being.

Creative outlets: Express your anger through creative outlets such as writing, drawing, painting or playing music. Creative expression can be a healthy and constructive way to process emotions and gain insight into your feelings.

Get help: Consult with close friends, family members, or a therapist to receive assistance and confirmation. Engaging in conversations about your emotions with a trusted individual can provide you with a different outlook and enable you to discover constructive methods to manage your anger.

“A person with a steady mind, unaffected by the threefold miseries or overly excited by happiness, and who is detached, fearless, and free from anger, is referred to as a sage.”

Next time you feel angry, remind yourself that the great spiritual teachers, such as Jesus and Buddha, have all taught us that holding onto anger only perpetuates suffering and separation. Instead, they advocated responding to anger with love, compassion and forgiveness, recognising the interconnectedness of all beings and the transformative power of empathy and understanding.

Jesus, although known for teachings of love, compassion, and forgiveness, did feel and display negative emotions such as anger or frustration. However, it is crucial to note that his anger was primarily aimed at unjust actions or behaviors, rather than individuals personally.

In the Gospels, there is a significant incident where Jesus purifies the temple. The story in Matthew 21:12-13 recounts Jesus’ actions as he enters the temple and removes the people engaged in buying and selling. He overturns the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves. Jesus addresses them, saying, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you are turning it into a hideout for thieves.”

In Buddhist tradition, Siddhartha Gautama, who later became known as the Buddha, experienced various human emotions before attaining enlightenment. While the Buddha’s teachings emphasize overcoming suffering, including anger, through the Noble Eightfold Path and the practice of mindfulness, there are accounts suggesting that he experienced anger prior to his enlightenment.

One such story involves an incident where the Buddha encountered a group of ascetics who criticized him and his followers. Initially, the Buddha felt anger rising within him, but he later reflected on the situation and responded with compassion and understanding. This event is often cited as an example of the Buddha’s ability to recognize and overcome anger through mindful awareness and insight.

Acknowledge, contemplate and channel anger constructively whenever it arises in your life. It has the potential for great wisdom and healing to manifest abundance and prosperity in your life.

The Significance of Anger in Attaining Your Goals

When we consider anger, we often associate it with negative feelings and harmful behavior. However, anger can actually be a valuable tool in reaching our goals and bringing about positive change in our lives. While it is important to handle and express anger in a healthy manner, tapping into its energy can propel us forward and assist us in overcoming obstacles. In this article, we will explore the importance of anger in achieving your desires and how to effectively channel it.

1. Motivation and Determination:
Anger can act as a catalyst for change by fueling our motivation and determination. When we feel angry about a situation or injustice, it ignites a passion within us to take action and make things right. This intense emotion can drive us to work harder, persist through challenges, and remain focused on our goals. Anger can serve as the driving force behind our determination to achieve our desires.

2. Establishing Boundaries:
Anger can also aid us in setting boundaries and asserting ourselves in various situations. When we feel angry, it often indicates that our values or personal boundaries have been violated. By recognizing and expressing our anger in a constructive manner, we communicate to others what is acceptable and what is not. This assertiveness is crucial in achieving our desires because it ensures that we are treated with respect and that our needs are met.

3. Overcoming Challenges:
In the pursuit of our desires, we are likely to face obstacles and setbacks along the way. Anger can be a powerful tool in helping us overcome these challenges. When confronted with an obstacle, anger can provide us with the energy and determination required to find alternative solutions, think creatively, and persist until we attain our desired outcome. It can assist us in pushing through adversity and maintaining a resilient mindset.

4. Self-Reflection and Growth:
Anger can also serve as a valuable tool for self-reflection and personal growth. When we experience anger, it presents an opportunity to examine the underlying reasons behind it. By exploring our anger, we can gain insights into our values, needs, and desires. This self-reflection enables us to make informed decisions and take actions that align with our true selves. Anger can be a catalyst for personal growth and self-improvement.

5. Advocacy and Social Change:
Throughout history, anger has played a significant role in advocating for social change and justice. Many movements and revolutions have been fueled by anger towards inequality, oppression, and injustice. By channeling anger into constructive actions such as peaceful protests, advocacy, or community organizing, individuals and communities can work towards achieving their desires for a fairer and more just society.

While anger can be a powerful tool, it is crucial to effectively manage it. Uncontrolled anger can lead to harmful behavior and damage relationships. To harness the power of anger in achieving your desires, consider the following tips:

1. Recognize and acknowledge your anger.
2. Take a step back and contemplate the underlying reasons for your anger.
3. Channel your anger into productive actions such as problem-solving or seeking support.
4. Practice healthy coping mechanisms like exercise, deep breathing, or talking to a trusted friend or therapist.
5. Use assertive communication to express your needs and establish boundaries effectively.

In conclusion, anger can be a potent force in achieving our desires when channeled constructively. By harnessing its energy, we can find motivation, set boundaries, overcome challenges, foster personal growth, and advocate for social change. However, it is crucial to manage anger in a healthy manner to avoid negative consequences. Embrace the power of anger and use it as a tool to drive positive change in your life. Continue reading

How to gracefully handle the loss of loved ones

FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.com, Click Here NOW!!!Almost all of us have encountered the grief of losing someone dear to us, be it a parent, a spouse, or even a child. Additionally, we have observed or personally undergone the various methods individuals employ to deal with this overwhelming sorrow.

Dealing with the significant void created by the loss can adversely affect individuals’ actions. Certain individuals resort to extreme measures such as alcohol, substance misuse, excessive eating, prescription medications, or other methods to numb their pain and divert the overpowering emotions linked to grief and loss.

What we ultimately learn is that there is no set time frame in which such profound pain can be dealt with. It can take weeks, months, years or even decades for some. But even when the worst is over, we never really get over the sense of loss. We simply learn to cope and get on with our lives, forever changed, as best we can.

However, the greatest tribute we can pay the loved ones we have lost is to grieve with grace and dignity. Abusing substances or indulging in other distractions may temporarily numb our pain, but how does that honour the memory of the one we professed to care so much about? It also does not allow us to confront and process our emotions in a healthy and constructive manner. Grieving is natural and necessary. When we try to avoid our grief, we miss out on opportunities for personal growth, self-reflection, and ultimately finding peace with the loss.

I will continue to observe the world on behalf of both of us as much as I am able. I will find joy in the company of birds, sing alongside the flowers, and offer prayers to the stars, all for the sake of both of us.

Moreover, when we opt to mourn with elegance and poise, we are actively recognizing the importance of the bond we had with our beloved. Rather than avoiding our sorrow, we embrace it as a testament to the profoundness of our connection and the influence they had on our existence. By electing to pay tribute to the memory of our loved ones with grace and dignity, we not only honor their lasting impact but also honor ourselves and the profound relationship we had.

Ten years ago, I experienced a tragic loss as my dear daughter passed away. Initially, I struggled to comprehend and cope with this immense pain, as it seemed impossible to fill the void left behind. Nevertheless, as time went on, I made the choice to honor her memory by openly and sincerely expressing my sorrow.

I also considered her legacy: she had a passion for improving the lives of the oppressed and downtrodden; she was extremely connected to animals and had such a deep respect for Mother Nature; and she was highly creative and took such joy in her involvement with the things she loved. It became my mission to honor her accordingly.

My affinity has always been with children. Their lives are uncomplicated because they come so easily from a place of honesty and innocence. They are not caught up in the everyday social and material trappings that us adults have convinced ourselves we cannot live without.

I am not skilled in art like my daughter, but I can knit and sew. As a result, I began creating basic items such as gloves, slippers, and baby bibs to send to an orphanage in South America. Did my modest endeavors have a profound impact on the lives of those children? Most likely not. However, maybe the mere knowledge that someone from a distant land loves and cares for them deeply was sufficient to foster a sense of assurance in the hearts of those vulnerable individuals.

Through acts of charity, kindness and compassion, by channeling our grief into meaningful actions that honor the memory of our loved one, we not only pay tribute to their life but also find solace and purpose in our own journey of healing. Whoever that special person was in your life, the one you cared about so much, by all means express your grief. Do it loudly or quietly – there is no magic way. But whatever you do, please do it with honor, grace and dignity.

Grief, I’ve learned, is really just love. It’s all the love you want to give but cannot. All of that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in that hollow part of your chest ~ Jamie Anderson

Select the most superior approaches accessible and strive to contribute towards the betterment of society. This way, when your dear ones observe your determination in overcoming sorrow and hopelessness, they will take pride in the respectful tribute you are dedicating towards them. Below are a few suggestions on how to achieve this:

Donate or volunteer: Make a charitable donation or volunteer your time to causes that were important to your loved one. This could involve supporting organizations they were passionate about or participating in community service projects in their honor.

Create a legacy project: Start a project or initiative that honors your loved one’s memory and makes a positive impact in their honor. This could involve starting a scholarship fund, organizing a fundraiser, or launching a community outreach program in their name.

Perform acts of kindness: Pay tribute to your loved one’s legacy by performing acts of kindness and compassion in their honor. This could involve helping others in need, volunteering in your community, or simply being there for someone who is going through a difficult time.

Engage in activities that your loved one was passionate about or support causes they cared about to celebrate their interests. This may include participating in their hobbies, attending events related to their interests, or advocating for the issues they were passionate about.

Rephrase the following text:

You can share the experiences and memories of your loved one with others. You may choose to write about their life in a journal, create a scrapbook or photo album, or take part in storytelling events that enable you to share their lasting impact with others.

Create a memorial: Establish a physical or digital memorial that pays tribute to your loved one’s life. This could include a memorial website, a dedicated space in your home with photos and mementos, or planting a tree or garden in their memory.

Keep their traditions alive: Continue to celebrate holidays, birthdays, and other significant milestones in ways that honor your loved one’s traditions and values. Incorporate their favorite foods, activities, or rituals into these occasions to keep their memory alive.

Seek healing and support: Take care of yourself and seek support from friends, family, or a support group as you navigate the grieving process. Honor your loved one’s memory by finding healing and solace in your own journey of grief and healing.

Honoring the memory of deceased loved ones with grace and dignity is a meaningful way to keep their legacy alive and find comfort and healing in the midst of grief. Each person’s journey of remembrance is unique, so choose the ways that resonate most deeply with you and your loved one’s memory.

1. Give yourself permission to grieve: Grieving is a natural and necessary process for healing. It’s important to allow yourself to feel the pain and sadness that comes with loss. Cry, express your emotions, and take the time you need to mourn. Remember, there is no right or wrong way to grieve, and everyone’s journey is unique.

2. Seek support: Surround yourself with a support system of friends, family, or a grief support group. Sharing your feelings and memories with others who have experienced similar losses can provide comfort and understanding. Lean on your loved ones during this difficult time, as they can be there for you when you need them.

3. Take care of yourself: Grief can take a toll on your physical and emotional well-being. Prioritize self-care during this time. Make sure you eat well, get enough rest, and engage in activities that bring you joy and peace. Exercise or relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga can also help reduce stress and promote healing.

4. Create meaningful rituals or memorials: Finding ways to honor the memory of your loved one can bring solace and comfort. Consider creating a memorial or tribute that reflects their life and legacy. Planting a tree, creating a memory box, or organizing a charity event in their name can help keep their memory alive and provide a sense of connection.

5. Seek professional help if needed: If your grief becomes overwhelming or interferes with your daily life, seeking professional help can be beneficial. A therapist or counselor can guide and support you through the grieving process. They can help develop coping strategies, provide a safe space to express emotions, and assist in finding meaning and purpose after loss.

6. Be compassionate towards yourself: Be patient and kind to yourself as you grieve. Understand that healing takes time and it’s normal to have good and bad days. Allow yourself to experience a range of emotions without judgment or guilt. Remember that grief is a journey, and it’s important to be gentle with yourself as you navigate through it.

7. Find meaning and purpose: While the pain of loss may never fully disappear, finding meaning and purpose in life can bring peace and acceptance. Engage in activities that align with your values or volunteer for causes that were important to your loved one. By channeling your grief into something positive, you can create a legacy that honors their memory.

Coping with the loss of loved ones is unquestionably one of life’s greatest challenges. However, by allowing yourself to grieve, seeking support, taking care of yourself, creating meaningful rituals or memorials, seeking professional help if needed, practicing self-compassion, and finding meaning and purpose, you can navigate this difficult journey gracefully. Remember, healing takes time, so be patient with yourself and trust that you will find your way through the pain towards peace and acceptance. Continue reading

An Introduction to Ribbon Psychometry: Exploring My First Experience

FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.com, Click Here NOW!!!Like “riding a bicycle,” spiritual knowledge and skills, once learned, are never lost or forgotten. Even if you haven’t practiced or used a certain skill for a long time, you can always quickly pick it up again because it is stored in your soul memory.

Spiritual growth and learning possess a level of permanence that sets them apart from acquiring academic knowledge or vocational skills. Unlike the latter, soul growth and spiritual development stem from personal experiences, moments of profound insight, and transformative shifts that permanently alter the essence of our soul.

Our soul memory serves as the archive of our higher self, containing layers of enlightenment similar to the akashic records. These layers preserve all the spiritual wisdom and abilities we have acquired and remain easily accessible, even after extended periods of non-use or neglect.

At a recent gathering focused on mediumship, I had the opportunity to witness a medium showcasing various psychic techniques and approaches that she had extensively relied upon throughout her personal journey in psychic development.

Many years ago, I participated in a psychic development class at the Arthur Findlay College of Spiritualism and Psychic Sciences in Essex, England. As part of the class, we engaged in a enjoyable activity known as “ribbon psychometry.”

Objects and personal belongings hold energy and stories that, if listened to, can guide us to deeper understandings and sometimes even solve mysteries ~ Pam Coronado

Psychometry is the psychic practice of reading or channeling information through psychic touch, also known as “clairtangency.” Clairtangency is a form of extrasensory perception in which practitioners perceive psychic impressions from an object they are touching or holding. The practice was first popularized in the 1840s by Joseph Buchanan, an American professor of physiology who coined the term “psychometry” and conducted experiments to demonstrate the phenomenon.

Leonora Piper, a highly respected psychic medium during the late 1800s and early 1900s, gained recognition for her extraordinary psychometric skills. She astounded numerous researchers by accurately discerning specific details about an object’s owner just by touching it. Piper’s remarkable abilities greatly contributed to the investigation and advancement of psychometry and psychic phenomena in that era.

We can gather a lot of psychic information by touching or holding everyday objects, especially things like jewelry and clothing that still carry the energy imprint of their owner, both living and deceased.  I have even witnessed information given to a grieving pet owner when a medium held the collar and toys of their deceased dog.

Ribbon psychometry is a variation of this practice where the psychometric object (also known as the link object) is a ribbon. It is a popular exercise often done in mediumship workshops and psychic development classes. Participants are asked to “read” a ribbon that has been held, worn or owned by another person. They then attempt to perceive psychic impressions about the person’s life experiences, history, personality, and emotions based solely on holding the ribbon.

The inspiration for using ribbons in readings may come from Celtic esotericism. Ribbons have long been utilized in pagan rituals and ceremonies, and are still prominent in contemporary Wiccan and Neopagan traditions. In these practices, ribbons hold symbolic significance and are often incorporated into ritualistic activities aimed at manifesting desires, warding off unwanted energies, or honoring connections with the natural world, the divine, and others. In present-day Pagan customs, ribbons are utilized in various ways, such as during maypole dancing, handfasting ceremonies, wishing trees, and rituals intended to safeguard, heal, or dispel negative energies.

I have fond memories of my first experience doing a ribbon reading at Arthur Findlay College many years ago. During a recent psychic event, we did a similar activity, but with colored paper strips. It was a nostalgic moment for me. I can recall our mentor at the college placing a large bunch of ribbons of different colors in the middle of the student circle. Each of us took turns selecting a ribbon from the vibrant pile and then went back to our seats. We were advised to gently stroke the ribbon for a few minutes to let it absorb our energy.

Objects carry with them a light as distinct to us as the sunlight is to you. The instant you hand us an object, that instant we get an impression of its owner, whether the present or the past owner and often both ~ Leonora Piper

Afterwards, we were partnered with a classmate to trade and peruse each other’s ribbons. I recall being paired with an elder Welsh man. He appeared to be just as anxious as I was as a beginner, but I was astounded by the accurate information about me and my life that he managed to gather from that ribbon. He seemed pleasantly taken aback, even slightly startled, when I confirmed that he was completely correct!

Afterwards, it was my opportunity to read for him, and at that moment, I understood that he would be quite challenging to surpass! However, I composed myself and utilized the strategies we were instructed to access our psychic perception and eliminate the interference from our logical and analytical mind.

I don’t remember much of what I told him in the reading, but I do remember my first impressions were that he had driven a green car from home very early that morning to attend the class. I also remember telling him that it looked to me like some kind of SUV, like a Land Rover or Range Rover. I also felt that he might be an off-road enthusiast. I also remember feeling the strong emotional connection he had with his daughter and that she was interested in energy healing.

I felt relieved when the reading finally ended and I recall feeling a bit silly discussing vehicles I had no knowledge of! However, he did affirm that he drove a Land Rover with a short wheelbase (which I had to ask him to clarify for me). He also confirmed that his daughter was studying Reiki at that time and emphasized their strong bond.

The recent event involving mediumship and the resulting recollection of this specific encounter has motivated me to reexamine psychometry and potentially resume practicing it. I recall being educated that using metal objects is an ideal starting point since they effectively retain energy. Examples of suitable items include jewelry, keys, or well-used watches. Therefore, I believe focusing on these objects will help me return to practicing psychometry.

While there is a certain permanence to our spiritual learning and skill development, this is not to say that some maintenance is not necessary. Just as a bicycle may need tuning after years of disuse, we need to engage with spiritual practices in order to fully reactivate and embody their spiritual insights and skills. But it is good to be reminded that nothing we learn spiritually is ever lost or in vain.

Psychometry is an intriguing facet of psychic abilities that allows individuals to acquire information about something or someone by simply touching it. Ribbon psychometry, specifically, entails using ribbons or fabric pieces to connect with the energy of the owner or wearer. Intrigued by this concept, I recently partook in my initial ribbon psychometry experience. This proved to be an enlightening journey, and I would like to share the details and insights I gained from this practice.

To initiate my ribbon psychometry session, I collected various ribbons from different sources. Some were given to me, while others were obtained from second-hand stores. Each ribbon possessed distinct colors, patterns, and textures, which I believed contributed to the energy they held.

For my first object of focus, I chose a vibrant purple ribbon with intricate floral patterns. Holding it in my hands, I closed my eyes and took deep breaths to center myself. I then directed my attention towards the ribbon, allowing my senses to become attuned to any impressions or sensations.

As I held the ribbon, my fingertips began to tingle, as if a gentle electric current was passing through them. This sensation was accompanied by a rush of images and emotions flooding my mind. I visualized a joyful celebration, with people dancing and laughing. The accompanying emotions were overwhelmingly positive, filled with love, happiness, and unity.

Intrigued to learn more, I continued to explore the ribbon’s energy. As time passed, the impressions became clearer and more vivid. I witnessed a young woman wearing the ribbon, her face radiant with joy as she celebrated a significant milestone. It seemed that the ribbon held the memories and emotions of this special occasion, allowing me to tap into and experience the energy personally.

Each subsequent ribbon presented a unique experience. A soft, pastel-colored one evoked feelings of tranquility and peace. I saw images of a serene garden with blooming flowers and chirping birds. It was as if the ribbon had absorbed the essence of nature, bringing a sense of calm and harmony to its wearer.

Another ribbon, this time bold and red, exhibited an entirely different energy. It emanated passion, strength, and determination. I visualized a fiery sunset, symbolizing the burning desire and ambition of its owner. It was evident that this ribbon had been worn by someone driven and relentless in their pursuit of goals.

Through my first encounter with ribbon psychometry, I discovered that each ribbon carried a unique story and energy. The colors, patterns, and textures acted as conduits for the emotions and memories absorbed from their owners. It served as a powerful reminder that objects can harbor energetic imprints accessible through psychometric abilities.

Ribbon psychometry provides a captivating method to connect with the past, gain insights into people’s lives, and tap into object energy. By engaging in this practice, we can explore unseen dimensions of our surroundings and develop a deeper understanding of the world around us.

If you’re interested in exploring ribbon psychometry or any form of psychometry, it’s important to approach it with an open mind and trust your intuition. Practice and patience are key in developing your abilities and interpreting the impressions you receive.

Lastly, remember that psychometry is a profoundly personal experience, and each person may have their own unique way of connecting with object energy. Embrace the journey and allow yourself to be guided by the surrounding energy. Who knows what fascinating stories and insights await you as you delve into the world of ribbon psychometry!

Unveiling the Mysterious History of Music City: Delving into its Haunted Past

FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.com, Click Here NOW!!!Nashville, Tennessee, also known as Music City, has its fair share of ghosts and haunted locations, much like many other cities worldwide. Due to its rich and diverse cultural history, spanning from the early Native American times to the Civil War and the present-day country music industry, Nashville’s haunting reputation is not surprising.

The unique histories of cities like Nashville, New Orleans, and Savannah, which have experienced war, disease, natural disasters, and slavery, contribute to their reputations as some of the most haunted places. In these cities, many people died under unpleasant circumstances, and much of the modern urban landscape is built on old graveyards and cemeteries, adding to the lore and mystery of these places.

One of the most famous ghosts in Nashville is that of Adelicia Hayes, a 19th century woman whose second husband built the city’s famous Belmont Mansion. Adelicia Hayes Franklin Acklen Cheatham (1817–1887) is an influential and controversial figure in Nashville’s history and was one of the wealthiest women of the antebellum South. Her first husband died in 1846, leaving her an inheritance valued at approximately $1 million, which included seven Louisiana cotton plantations, a two-thousand-acre farm in Gallatin, Tennessee and hundreds of slaves.

Jeff Belanger believes that in many instances, ghosts can be seen as a manifestation of history’s insistence on being acknowledged and remembered.

She experienced multiple personal hardships, such as the death of her wealthy businessman first husband, her second husband’s death in the Civil War, and the loss of all four children from her first marriage and twin daughters from her second marriage due to scarlet fever. Despite eventually relocating to Washington D.C. and passing away there, her ghost continues to wander the Belmont Mansion.

There have been claims of supernatural occurrences at the Belmont Mansion, such as unexplained activation of motion detectors and instances of witnessing Adelicia’s ghostly presence. According to one testimony, an individual heard the sound of a crying child and subsequently caught sight of Adelicia, dressed in old-fashioned attire, seemingly searching for one of her dead children before vanishing.

The Most Haunted Places In Nashville

Historical landmarks frequently serve as the backdrop for ghostly narratives and tales of haunting, stemming from a variety of factors such as their deep-rooted past, the occurrence of dramatic or tragic incidents, and cultural beliefs surrounding the existence of the supernatural and spirits.

For those intrigued by the supernatural, there are numerous spooky locations to explore in and around Nashville. These range from cemeteries and recording studios to grand mansions. Although visiting all of them in a single day might be challenging, ghost tours are available and provide the opportunity to see at least a few of these places illuminated by lantern light.

Here are some of Nashville’s most haunted places:

The Gaylord Opryland Resort is famous for its luxury and also for the ghost of the Black Lady, a figure dressed in an antebellum black gown. Despite her frightening appearance, she is said to harmlessly watch over guests. The famous Gaylord Opryland Resort is a popular spot for ghost hunters. Guests have reported paranormal encounters throughout the years.

The Union Station Hotel, which was previously a train station but is now a hotel, has a reputation for being haunted. One ghost frequently observed is that of a young woman who tragically took her own life during World War II after losing her beloved. She is often seen reenacting her fatal jump. Additionally, numerous guests have reported experiencing peculiar events and inexplicable phenomena.

The Hermitage, former home of President Andrew Jackson, is believed to be haunted by Jackson himself. Visitors report seeing an apparition resembling Jackson wandering the halls. Enslaved individuals were held captive here, and their suffering has left lingering energy imprints. Many visitors have reported ghostly encounters and paranormal happenings at this historic location.

The Tennessee State Capitol is renowned as a paranormal hotspot in Nashville, with numerous ghostly stories and apparitions circulating throughout history. While its claim as “The Most Haunted Place in Nashville” may be disputed, its spooky reputation remains. People often attribute paranormal happenings to the spirits of William Strickland and Samuel Morgan, both of whom played a significant role in constructing the Capitol and are buried on its grounds.

Two Rivers Mansion, built on a plantation where nearly 100 Native American remains were found and disrespectfully treated, is said to be haunted by female apparitions and evoke a deep sense of foreboding in visitors.

The reputation of Pegram County Cemetery skyrocketed when the region, along with a family burial ground, was destructively cleared by developers. This unfortunate event triggered a chain of calamities that many attribute to a curse. Interestingly, fires persistently rekindle even after being extinguished, and tombstones mysteriously manifest in the yards of local residents.

The spirits of enslaved individuals owned by Isaac Franklin, a well-known slave trader, reportedly haunt the Isaac Franklin Plantation. These apparitions are said to be regularly witnessed within the premises.

Bell Witch Cave is associated with a famous legend involving a feud between neighbors that resulted in one swearing to haunt the other forever. Strange phenomena such as rattling chains and tapping noises are said to occur in and around the cave.

Printer’s Alley, known for its colorful past, has been a paranormal hotspot for over a century. This once rough and tumble area is home to numerous haunted buildings and restless spirits.

These websites provide an opportunity to explore the haunted past of Nashville, sharing stories of love, loss, and the afterlife. Whether you have a passion for the paranormal or simply want to satisfy your curiosity about Nashville’s eerie aspects, visiting these sites will take you on a captivating journey into the supernatural.

Celebrities who have passed away have also been witnessed in Nashville! According to a worker who was unintentionally stuck in the Grand Ole Opry, they encountered the legendary country artist Hank Williams Sr. It’s uncertain which spirit you may come across during your exploration of Nashville. Perhaps you’ll encounter a former president, a Native American warrior, a Civil War nurse, or even the iconic Elvis Presley! Nonetheless, be aware that numerous locations are privately owned, so it’s important to seek permission before visiting.

Joseph Addison suggests that someone who is afraid of ghosts is more rational than someone who believes that the existence of spirits is imaginary and unfounded.

The Origins Of Ghosts And Hauntings

Earthbound spirits, commonly known as ghosts, are the souls of people who have passed away but have not transitioned to the afterlife due to different reasons. These spirits stay connected to the physical realm because of unresolved matters, intense emotional connections, or uncertainty about their demise. Typically, they tend to stay in specific locations, often where they resided or where their death occurred.

Hauntings are usually associated with places where significant, often traumatic, events took place or to which the deceased had strong emotional ties. Traditional signs of hauntings include unexplained sounds, lights, smells, and the movement of objects, suggesting a connection between the ghost’s past experiences and the haunted place.

The most profound paranormal activity one can encounter in a haunted place is a ghostly apparition. An apparition is the visual manifestation of a ghost or spirit, often perceived as a semi-transparent or misty figure that appears to be human. Apparitions typically look like the deceased individual and can vary in clarity from vague shapes to detailed, lifelike forms.

It is crucial to comprehend the distinction between a visitation from a spirit and a ghost or haunting. Visitations usually involve a kind-hearted spirit or the soul energy of a departed loved one making a brief return to provide solace, guidance, or a message to the living. These visitations bring peace and comfort. On the other hand, a ghost apparition refers to the manifestation of a spirit that is trapped or tied to a specific location, often repeating certain actions. These apparitions are usually unaware of the living or their environment and may evoke a feeling of uneasiness.

According to The Psi Encyclopedia of the Society for Psychical Research, an haunting apparition typically involves the repeated appearance of ghostly figures, usually performing the same actions over and over again, without noticing the living. These apparitions are also known as “residual hauntings” or “energy imprints.”

However, there are also hauntings where spirits can communicate with the living or make their existence known through different signs or paranormal occurrences. These types of hauntings are referred to as “intelligent hauntings”. One of the most famous examples is the poltergeist, which is a supernatural phenomenon characterized by physical disturbances like loud noises, objects being moved or thrown, and occasionally harm to individuals. Unlike ghostly appearances, which are typically only visual, poltergeists focus more on physical interactions and disruptions. The term “poltergeist” originates from German words meaning “noisy ghost” and is used to describe the disruptive and often unexplained activity associated with these entities.

Various theories attempt to explain hauntings, from psychological to physical causes such as infrasound or geological factors. Early psi research theories suggested that telepathy could explain hauntings, but this was considered too complex. Another idea is the “psychic ether,” where images created by the living persist, perhaps glimpses or snapshots of past events, and are perceived by those sensitive to seeing or feeling them.

In addition to geographic factors, the concept of string theory in quantum physics has been incorporated into paranormal discussions, suggesting that different dimensions may overlap, allowing ghosts to exist on the same plane as the living and explaining the seemingly random occurrences of paranormal activity.

Ultimately, the fascination with haunted historic sites reflects a blend of cultural heritage, human psychology, spirituality, and a universal curiosity about what lies beyond life.

Some performers have even claimed to sense a mysterious presence during their performances, heightening the eerie atmosphere.

Another bone-chilling location in Music City is the Hermitage Hotel. Erected in 1910, this opulent hotel has hosted countless well-known guests over the years. Additionally, the statue of Sam Davis on the Capitol grounds is said to be haunted, with reports of it mysteriously shifting positions.

Unveiling the Significance and Objective of Your Existence: Unraveling the Paths of Your Life’s Journey

FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.com, Click Here NOW!!!Our journey in this lifetime encompasses the profound pursuit of finding our life’s purpose. This endeavor is closely intertwined with the spiritual aspects of our being, guiding us towards self-discovery, personal growth, and the realization of our fullest potential.

Fulfilling our purpose is not just about a career or business path or setting achievement goals. While these are important aspects of our lives, providing us with means to earn a living and contribute to society, they do not wholly define our purpose and the full scope of our potential fulfillment.

The objective is to discover the core of our existence and harmonize it with our broader spiritual presence.

The journey to a more spiritual understanding of our purpose begins with introspection and reflection. These moments of contemplation serve as portals to deeper soul insights, where we question our motives, desires, talents, and the very fabric of our existence.

During a period of transition in my life, I personally found myself struggling with these inquiries. I had accomplished specific career goals and obtained material wealth, but I still experienced a persistent feeling of emptiness eating away at me.

During this period of introspection, I sought solace in various spiritual teachings and practices. I delved into meditation, mindfulness, and the exploration of diverse philosophies and religious customs, all in an effort to discover the fundamental truths that could guide me towards a more satisfying life.

Ralph Waldo Emerson states that the aim of life is not solely focused on finding happiness. Instead, it lies in being productive, maintaining integrity, showing empathy, and leaving a positive impact through a well-lived existence.

During my journey of spiritual exploration, I quickly realized that spirituality is not limited to religious doctrines and institutions. Rather, it encompasses every part of our existence and links us to a higher presence beyond our individual selves.

One of the key realizations on my journey of spiritual awakening was that our purpose in life isn’t static, but fluid. It evolves as we navigate the ebb and flow of life’s currents. Rather than seeing the fulfillment of my life purpose as a destination to be reached, I began to see it as a journey of becoming. It is an ongoing process of self-discovery, growth, and service to others.

Our life purpose is like a tapestry, a complex piece of art that is crafted over time with diverse threads, colors, and textures. Each element of the tapestry represents different aspects of our life, including our personal experiences, relationships, passions, challenges, and achievements. Recognizing what truly matters to you is the first step in weaving a life that is aligned with your purpose.

I have come to realize that the core aspects of our life’s purpose tapestry are:

Personal Growth and Self-Actualization

Life purpose is deeply connected to our personal growth and the journey towards self-actualization. This involves developing our talents, pursuing our passions, and striving to realize our fullest potential. It’s about becoming more of who we truly are and expressing that unique identity in the world.

Relationships and Connections

Human beings are inherently social creatures, and meaningful relationships are central to a fulfilling life journey. Our connections with family, friends, and the broader community offer love, support, and a sense of belonging. Nurturing these relationships is a significant part of one’s life purpose.

The role of human connection and compassion had a significant impact on how I perceive the purpose of life. Engaging in acts of kindness, offering a supportive ear, or simply being there for someone in need has given me a great sense of meaning and direction. Through these encounters, I have learned that our purpose extends beyond our own fulfillment and encompasses our ability to positively impact the well-being of others and the world as a whole.

I aim to do more than just survive in life, my mission is to flourish. I strive to do so with a blend of passion, compassion, humor, and style. ~ Maya Angelou

Balance and Well-being

Achieving balance and holistic health and maintaining overall well-being are important aspects of our purpose in life. This includes taking care of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Striving for balance encourages us to live in harmony with our values and priorities.

Contribution and Service

We should strive to have a sense of purpose by actively working towards creating a healthier, safer, and happier world for everyone. This may include activities like volunteering, engaging in activism, or just offering help to others in our daily lives. By making a positive difference in the lives of others and the global community, we can experience a profound sense of satisfaction and significance.

Spirituality and Higher Consciousness

The purpose is strongly connected to spirituality or the quest for mindfulness, inner tranquility, spiritual harmony, and expanded awareness. This may include different religious, esoteric, or spiritual beliefs and practices, as well as examining profound philosophical inquiries about our existence. These endeavors offer us direction, solace, enlightenment, and a more profound understanding of significance.

Exploration and Adventure

Life purpose also involves the pursuit of new experiences, learning, and adventure. This could mean traveling, exploring different cultures, or engaging in creative or innovative endeavors. Such experiences enrich our understanding of the world and ourselves, contributing to a sense of fulfillment.

For me nature has become a sacred sanctuary where I can commune with the divine and find solace amidst life’s uncertainties. Whether it is watching the sunrise paint the sky with shades of gold and crimson or feeling the gentle caress of a breeze on my skin, nature reminds me of the interconnectedness of all living things and the inherent beauty of existence.

Steve Jobs believed that in order to find true satisfaction in life, it was important to dedicate a significant portion of your time to work. He emphasized that doing meaningful and exceptional work could only be achieved by genuinely loving what you do.

Joy and Happiness

The pursuit of joy and happiness is a fundamental aspect of a fulfilling life. It  is deeply personal and varies greatly from one person to another, reflecting the unique desires and values of each individual.  The pursuit of joy and hapiness serves as an inner compass, guiding our choices, decisions and actions. It encourages us to seek out experiences, relationships, and work that bring us genuine happiness and fulfillment.

When we participate in enjoyable activities, it increases our inspiration and motivation to achieve our objectives, make a meaningful contribution to our communities, and work towards personal development. This cycle of positive reinforcement enhances our overall sense of purpose and contentment, while also positively impacting the lives of others.

Essentially, the concept of life purpose is highly personal and constantly changing. It represents our own values, interests, and aspirations for our lives. Understanding that purpose goes beyond professional and business objectives enables us to delve into a wider array of experiences and contributions, resulting in a more satisfying and significant life.

Each life experience contributes to the whole, weaving a rich tapestry of experiences, relationships, and moments of transcendence. As I continued to delve deeper into the realms of spirit and the metaphysical, I realized that our purpose isn’t limited to individual accomplishments or accolades, but encompasses our interconnectedness with all of creation.

Ultimately, the tapestry you weave becomes your legacy. It reflects the life you lived, the choices you made, and the impact you had on the world around you. Your tapestry is a unique expression of your existence, showcasing how you fulfilled your life purpose and contributed to the tapestry of humanity.

Finding our purpose is a journey of the soul, an odyssey that invites us to explore the depths of our being and embrace the interconnected web of existence. It’s a journey marked by moments of profound insight, transformative experiences, and the unwavering belief that each of us has a unique role to play in the symphony of life. And as we walk this path with open hearts and minds, we awaken to the beauty of our existence and the infinite possibilities that lie ahead.

The search for meaning and purpose is an intimate and self-reflective quest. It necessitates introspection, exploration, and a willingness to accept change. Here are some fundamental steps to assist you in navigating this journey of self-discovery:

1. Ponder your values and beliefs: Understanding your core values and beliefs is crucial in uncovering the purpose of your life. Take the time to contemplate what truly matters to you. What principles do you hold dear? What ideals do you strive to live by? Identifying these values will provide a stable foundation for your journey.

2. Explore your passions and interests: Passion often acts as a guiding force that leads us towards our purpose. Reflect on the activities that bring you joy, pique your curiosity, and cause you to lose track of time. These are likely indicators of your genuine passions. Engage in these activities frequently and allow them to shape your path.

3. Embrace your strengths and talents: Each individual possesses unique strengths and talents that can be employed to make a positive impact on the world. Identify your strengths and find ways to utilize them in your everyday life. Whether it is through your career, hobbies, or volunteer work, leveraging your strengths will bring fulfillment and purpose.

4. Seek inspiration from others: Learning from individuals who have discovered their purpose can be remarkably inspiring. Read books, watch documentaries, or listen to podcasts that explore the journeys of those who have found meaning in their lives. Their stories can provide valuable insights and guide you on your own path.

5. Embrace challenges and setbacks: Life is not without its share of challenges and setbacks. Embracing these obstacles as opportunities for growth and learning is crucial in uncovering your purpose. Each setback can provide valuable lessons and shape your journey in unexpected ways. Embrace the unknown and have faith that every experience serves a purpose.

6. Practice gratitude and mindfulness: Cultivating gratitude and mindfulness can bring clarity and perspective to your journey. Take time each day to reflect on the things you are grateful for, no matter how small. Practice mindfulness by fully immersing yourself in each moment, allowing yourself to appreciate the beauty and wonder of life.

7. Serve others: One of the most profound ways to discover your purpose is through serving others. Engage in acts of kindness, volunteer your time, or find ways to make a positive impact in your community. By helping others, you not only make a difference in their lives but also gain a deeper understanding of your own purpose.

Keep in mind that the journey to discovering meaning and purpose is not a linear path. It may involve detours, moments of uncertainty, and periods of introspection. Embrace the process, trust your instincts, and remain open to the possibilities that unfold along the way.

Ultimately, the meaning and purpose of your life are unique to you. It may require time and sincere introspection to fully unravel the paths of your adventure, but the rewards are immeasurable. Embrace the excitement, have faith in yourself, and allow your purpose to naturally unfold.

Understanding the Distinction: Spirit Guides versus Angels

Understanding Your Responsibility to Avoid Goofiness

FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.com, Click Here NOW!!!Why are some people so rude, unkind, emotionally immature, foolish? Are we not all spirit beings in human form who should know better? I recently asked my wise grandmother in spirit this question. As one of my ancestral guides, I always turn to her for help in dealing with complex life issues.

The person who inspired my recent spiritual inquiry is a very problematic, mean-spirited neighbor who I have seen and heard verbally abuse people, as well as his own dog, in ways that would infuriate anyone.

This man seems to enjoy verbal abuse as a means of self-aggrandizement and is very immature and unkind. I have also seen him damage a security camera after being asked to stop his dog from relieving himself on the steps of the building where we live.

During my morning meditation, I reached out to my grandmother and inquired about the reasons behind people’s disrespectful and unkind behavior. Initially, her response appeared puzzling as she presented me with a mental image of Highlights, the children’s magazine that she used to subscribe to for me during my childhood. Highlights is a popular and long-standing magazine for kids, comprising enjoyable and educational stories, games, puzzles, and crafts.

The unusual clairvoyant vision did not end there. Next, Grandma had me flip through the magazine in my mind’s eye until we came to my favorite comic strip in the magazine, Goofus and Gallant. Since 1948, Goofus and Gallant have taught generations of American children the dos and don’ts of proper behavior and the difference between right and wrong.

Christopher Dawson argues that the foundation of every society lies in the acknowledgement of shared principles and ideals. If a society fails to inspire moral and spiritual devotion among its members, it is destined to collapse eventually.

The strip traditionally has two panels, side by side, showing two approaches to the same situation. On the left, Goofus always does the wrong thing. On the right, Gallant always does the right thing. When Goofus is rude, Gallant is polite. When Goofus lies, Gallant tells the truth.

I have comprehended Grandma’s message. She was indicating that my neighbor is a Goofus, clearly hinting that he is an unpleasant person in a more refined and spiritually suitable manner by stating, “Dear, he is a jerk.”

The Free Will Of Jerks

Afterwards, I inquired with Granny about the reason behind certain individuals behaving in an unpleasant manner despite being spiritual beings in human bodies. Aren’t we all made in God’s likeness? Granny explained that, as spiritual beings, we are endowed with free will during our time on Earth. Our physical existence serves as an opportunity for spiritual growth and development, and our free will grants us the ability to decide our paths of learning, behaviors, and actions.

Unfortunately, there are individuals who seem to be unaware of the message urging them to take responsibility and improve their behavior in order to enhance their personal growth and spiritual journey. Regrettably, they will eventually face negative repercussions in terms of karma.

The complexities and challenges of the physical world can greatly influence behavior. Factors like upbringing, societal norms, culture, and personal experiences are crucial in shaping a person’s character and actions. Sometimes, these influences can overshadow a person’s inherent spiritual nature, leading to behaviors that contradict their true essence.

Rudeness, unkindness, selfishness, and other negative behaviors are manifestations of the challenges some people face in their spiritual evolution. Their behavior should be recognized as opportunities to learn empathy, patience, forgiveness, and unconditional love. But they do not see it because it requires self-awareness and personal responsibility. That is why they need spiritual role models.

I inquired about role models.

Yes, Grandma said, of whom humanity has had many extraordinary examples, such as Jesus, Buddha, Ghandi, Mother Teresa, and the Dalai Lama, to name only a few. Just like these standard-bearers of divinity all the old souls and spiritually evolved people currently incarnated in the world have a spiritual duty to be models of moral and compassionate behavior. It is our duty to inspire others to strive for a higher standard of behavior and understanding.

Bob Keeshan asserts that parents hold the utmost importance as role models for their children. The impact of their words, gestures, and deeds is immense, surpassing any other individual or external influence on the child.

The Spiritual Duty Of Parents

My Grandma then showed me that the ideal cure for the extreme lack of respect some people have today is to nip it in the bud by teaching children right from wrong at an early age. It takes time to teach children the right way, but it is so worth it. Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

Grandma advised me to take action when children are young since it is difficult to teach older individuals new skills or change their behavior, as she demonstrated by showing me a neighbor’s dog relieving itself on the stairs near our apartment. Adults who display inappropriate behavior and immaturity often lack proper training and guidance during their upbringing. Their actions in public settings highlight the significant influence that parenting and upbringing have on an individual’s growth. This emphasizes the crucial role that a nurturing parental environment and guidance play in shaping a person’s behavior and moral values.

From a young age, we acquire the skills to comprehend and engage with the world by observing and imitating others. Our parents and guardians play a crucial role in shaping our behavior, values, and attitudes, providing us with a foundation for interacting with others and handling different situations as grown-ups. However, when there is a lack of positive role models or when negative behaviors are displayed, children may develop without the essential emotional and social tools required to behave maturely and respectfully.

Mother Teresa famously said, “If you want to change the world, go home and love your family.” Good parental role models provide more than just an example of what to do; they provide guidance, support, and reinforcement of positive behaviors. They teach empathy, respect, and responsibility by modeling these qualities in their daily interactions. In addition, effective role models are adept at setting boundaries and enforcing consequences for negative behavior, which helps children learn the importance of accountability and the impact of their actions on others.

Kofi Annan’s passing has deprived the world of an innovative leader, a brave advocate for fairness, and a strong ethical guide. He demonstrated that love, wisdom, and compassion towards each other are the key elements to achieve freedom and uphold human dignity.

The Karma Of Personal Responsibility

The impact of a disadvantaged upbringing should not be used as an excuse for ongoing negative behavior in adulthood. Each individual possesses the ability to make choices and develop spiritually, allowing for personal transformation and progress at any stage of life. Engaging in self-reflection, aspiring for improvement, and cultivating a greater spiritual consciousness can ultimately result in positive behavioral changes, irrespective of past circumstances.

It is important to acknowledge that souls are in a constant state of evolution and possess different levels of awareness. This variety of souls directly influences the vast array of human behaviors present in the world. Souls that are less developed or younger often display actions that indicate a limited comprehension, empathy, or maturity level.

The journey of spiritual development entails going beyond the ego and adopting a mindset of love and unity. However, this path is not easy, and individuals are at various stages of overcoming their ego-driven tendencies. On the other hand, those who have progressed further in their spiritual journey should exhibit increased levels of compassion, wisdom, and kindness as an example for others to follow.

As spiritual beings in human form, it is important for us to take responsibility for ourselves and our actions. Individuals who struggle with moral choices should make an effort to improve themselves, as karma is a real force that will eventually have consequences. Likewise, those of us who are spiritually conscious and developed should take every opportunity to set a positive example, or else we too will face the consequences of karma. It is always our sacred obligation to strive for improvement.

It’s a matter of cause and effect that no action goes unnoticed by the universe, and eventually everyone has to face the consequences of their actions in this life, or the next. Bottom line: Let’s all strive to be a Gallant, not a Goofus! It is not only our spiritual responsibility in this lifetime but also a karmic favor we do for ourselves.

Understanding Your Responsibility to Avoid Goofiness

Why are some people so rude, unkind, emotionally immature, and foolish? As spiritual beings in human form, shouldn’t we all know better? These questions often arise when we encounter individuals who display disrespectful and unkind behavior. It can be challenging to understand why some people choose to act this way, but it is essential to recognize our responsibility in avoiding goofiness and promoting compassion and understanding.

In a recent conversation with my wise grandmother in spirit, I sought her guidance on this matter. She has always been my go-to ancestral guide when dealing with complex life issues. The inspiration for this spiritual inquiry came from a problematic neighbor who consistently demonstrated mean-spirited behavior. I witnessed him verbally abusing people and even mistreating his own dog, actions that would infuriate anyone.

During my morning meditation, I connected with my grandmother and asked her why some people are so disrespectful and unkind. Her response initially seemed unusual as she showed me a mental image of “Highlights,” the children’s magazine she used to subscribe to for me when I was a child. This magazine is well-known for its fun, educational stories, games, puzzles, and crafts that have entertained children for decades.

But the clairvoyant vision did not end there. My grandmother had me flip through the magazine in my mind’s eye until we reached my favorite comic strip, “Goofus and Gallant.” Since 1948, this comic strip has taught generations of American children the dos and don’ts of proper behavior and the difference between right and wrong.

The strip typically features two panels side by side, showcasing two approaches to the same situation. On the left, Goofus always does the wrong thing, while on the right, Gallant always does the right thing. When Goofus is rude, Gallant is polite. When Goofus lies, Gallant tells the truth.

Now, I understood my grandmother’s message. She was showing me that my neighbor was a Goofus! In other words, she was saying, in a more ladylike and spiritually appropriate way, “Honey, he is a jerk.”

I then asked my grandmother why some people act like “jerks” when they are actually spirit beings in human form. After all, aren’t we all created in the image of God? She showed me that as spiritual beings, we also have free will in this lifetime. Our physical experiences are meant for spiritual learning and soul evolution, and our free will allows us to choose our learning paths, behaviors, and actions.

However, some individuals have not grasped the importance of making better behavioral choices for their own growth and soul development. Sadly, they will face karmic consequences later on.

The physical world, with its complexities and challenges, can significantly impact behavior. Factors such as upbringing, societal norms, cultural influences, and personal experiences play a critical role in shaping a person’s character and actions. These influences can sometimes overshadow people’s innate spiritual nature, resulting in behaviors that contradict their true soul essence.

Rudeness, unkindness, selfishness, and other negative behaviors are manifestations of the challenges some people face in their spiritual evolution. Instead of condemning them, we should recognize their behavior as opportunities for them to learn empathy, patience, forgiveness, and unconditional love. However, they often lack self-awareness and personal responsibility, making it difficult for them to see these opportunities.

This is where spiritual role models come into play. Just like extraordinary examples such as Jesus, Buddha, Gandhi, Mother Teresa, and the Dalai Lama, all the spiritually evolved individuals currently incarnated in the world have a spiritual duty to be models of moral and compassionate behavior. It is our responsibility to inspire others to strive for a higher standard of behavior and understanding.

Parents also play a crucial role in shaping behavior and moral compass. My grandmother showed me that the ideal solution to the extreme lack of respect some people display today is to teach children right from wrong at an early age. It takes time and effort, but it is undoubtedly worth it. As Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

Adults who exhibit bad behavior and immaturity have often never been properly trained in appropriate behavior. Their actions in public reflect the profound impact that upbringing and parental examples have on a person’s development. This underscores the critical role that parental environment and guidance play in shaping one’s behavior and moral compass.

From early childhood, we learn to navigate the world around us through observation and imitation. The behaviors, values, and attitudes of our parents and guardians serve as the primary blueprint from which we draw our understanding of how to interact with others and respond to various situations as adults. When positive role models are absent or negative behaviors are modeled, children grow up without the social and emotional tools necessary to behave in a mature and respectful manner.

To bring about positive change
